Delivery time'
The item will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order (pre-orders and special orders have a specific shipping time in product description). You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. By Regular Shipping the item should arrive within 1-2 days after shipping is confirmed. By Express Shipping the item will arrive on the Same Day if it is a domestic order.

Delivery status'
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

Returns*
