Returns
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact support@lorigin3.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details.
Pre-Order or Special Order
Items marked with "*": Are Pre-Order or Special order items and cannot be returned as these items are specially made for you. These items can be exchanged for another size or a coupon. Note coupons cannot be used to pre-order items.

Sale
Items bought in Sale or with a Discount Coupon can also not be returned but exchanged for a Gift-Card containing the same amount or another item if in stock.

When received, you can return your order by the following procedure: Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria: Place the product in a shipping box or plastic shipping bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product or e-mail it to: support@lorigin3.com. Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches L'ORIGINE and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.
