Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 2 working days. Pre-Orders are Shipped +/- 3 days within the estimated shipping time as stated in the product description below.

How to follow your order*
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use that link to follow your order.
In the case of a local order (Amsterdam), our courier will make an appointment with you to deliver your order.

Delivery time*
L' Package will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. By Regular Shipping L' Package should arrive within 1-2 days after shipping is confirmed. By Express Shipping L' Package will arrive on the Same Day if it is a domestic order.

Delivery status*
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.

Disclaimer
L'ORIGINE does not guarantee that all items shown are in stock at the time of your order. In the event that an item is unavailable for whatever reason, L'ORIGINE will contact you by email. Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info, and prices, errors may occur.

Returns*
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase. 

Pre-Order & Special Orders
Items marked as: 'Pre-Order' or 'Special Order' cannot be returned as these items are specially made for you. We take these items in production after you've placed your order specially for you, so please make sure you select the right size.
Pre/Special ordering multiple sizes to try on is not allowed, as you can't get your money back for pre/special order items. When pre/special ordering the wrong size, it's possible to exchange your item for another size if in stock. If the required size to exchange your order is not in stock you will get a coupon. Note coupons cannot be used to pre-order or special order items.

Sale
Items bought in Sale or with a Discount Coupon can also not be returned but exchanged for a Gift-Card containing the same amount or another item if in stock.

Procedure
Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with the tags still attached. The product should also be free of any odours  or washing scents suggesting it was actively worn. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria. 

You can return your order by following this procedure: 
1. Place the product in a shipping box or plastic shipping bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.
2. Enclose the original sales receipt/packing slip in the package and mark the returning item(s).
3. In case of a return e-mail: support@lorigin3.com with the subject: 'Return (your ordernummer)' and message us the item name and size you are returning.
In case of an exchange e-mail with the subject: 'Exchange (your ordernummer)' and message us the item name and size you are returning.
4. In case of a return proceed to step 5 In case of an exchange wait for our response on what steps to take.
5. Ship the item to our Return Address. You can find it on your packing slip or at the bottom of this page. We do not make return labels, return and exchange fees are at your own expense.
6. Please make sure to store your track and trace code at all times as a proof of shipment. Packages that are lost or don't have a track and trace code are your own responsibility. The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches L'ORIGINE and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation.
Note: You can also return or exchange your item in store. Please note that we can only exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock. In a case that the item is not in stock we will issue a gift card containing your purchase amount.
