Delivery time'
The item will be dispatched within 1-2 workdays after you have placed your order. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched. By Regular Shipping the item should arrive within 1-2 days after shipping is confirmed. By Express Shipping the item will arrive on the Same Day if it is a domestic order.
Delivery status'
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and public holidays. If a delivery suffers a delay or an item happens to be out of stock, you will be informed by email as quick as possible. The latest 30 days after the order was placed. Some delays may occur during sales, very busy periods and public holidays.
Returns'
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 14 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact support@lorigin3.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details. Items bought in Pre-Order cannot be returned as these items are specially made for you. Items bought in Sale or with a Discount Coupon can also not be returned but exchanged for a Gift-Card containing the same amount or another item if in stock.
